This Privacy Policy is designed for candidates who submit information about themselves to The Trilogy Network, usually in the form of CV’s in order to promote themselves to employers and attract possible job offers.
This Privacy Policy applies to all candidates and is binding upon candidates who submit CVs and other materials to us please only send us your CV if you agree to be bound by the terms and condition of this policy.
The Trilogy Network (TTN) is committed to protecting the privacy of all of the candidates who choose to work with us and to submit their details to us. We give you our assurance that any personal information you provide to us is processed with due care and under secure conditions and that our procedures for doing so comply in all respects with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 (“the Act”) and any subsidiary legislation under the Act which applies in the United Kingdom.
TTN will collect any personal data sent to us, including your name and e-mail address. Such information is held securely and may be used by TTN for the following purposes:-
- To securing a new position of employment for you.
- To update you on news within your marketplace and of the services that TTN provides.
- TTN reserves the right to edit your information where appropriate.
TTN will only pass your personal details in the form of a CV to prospective employers or other third parties if we have obtained your consent to do so beforehand.
We commit to ensure that any personal information that we hold about you will be held as securely as possible. However, due to the nature of the technology, we cannot offer you any guaranteed security of your personal data.
TTN may also release any Information to a regulatory or law enforcement authority, but only if we are required by law to do so.
Your information will not be sold on to another organisation,
